This is the fear of public speaking. It is quite common, especially among teens. It can vary from slight nervousness to paralyzing panic. This is basically the fear of being judged by people. You are afraid that if you would say something wrong, students would mock you, and you do not want to face embarrassment. All you need to do is remember these three tips: 1. Remember that no one is perfect and we make mistakes. People would not really remember what you said and did for a longer period of time. For instance, do you think your classmate remembers what you said in a class presentation 2 years back? No right. So take it easy. 2. Stop being critical of yourself. You can not easily talk in front of the class because you are berating yourself a lot. Stop judging yourself and be kind to yourself. 3. Even if you are not good at speaking in class, imagine you are a pro in it. Be confident in yourself. Fake it until you make it.
