Why can't I stop anxiously over-analyzing every single social interaction I have with anyone? I'm starting to avoid talking to anyone so I don't have to have the uncontrolled anxiety afterwards.

Anxiety disorders form a category of mental health diagnoses that lead to excessive nervousness, fear, apprehension, and worry. You should try to reach out to someone for help or consider some counselor. Doctors are specialized to handle things like that and they usually know the best treatments for those types of disorders. Should they decide to prescribe you with something it should help calm you. In the meantime there are ways to zen yourself and stay calm. I've tried breathing exercises that could probably help you too..
