You can't stop worrying because you are asking yourself yourself this question again and again. You are paying attention to it. And the very essence of cognitive behavioral therapy is that whatever u fight with your negative emotions like anger, frustration, etc it increases the very thing u are teying to eliminate. So lets do it paradoxically. Dont ask urself the question again. Do something if u can about it when u r worrying. If u dont have control over it what u r worrying about, then worry will only destroy your mental peace. "Let it be" why do u want to control everything? :)

Worrying is normal, but if it gets too much then it can be overwhelming. In that case perhaps looks at the reason why you are so worried in the first place? Don't focus on the negative side too much. Don't jump into conclusion that for example you will fail or people will hate you, etc. Try to relax and shift your thoughts to more positive ones.

Worrying isn’t necessarily a bad thing, it shows in their care. Although sometimes if you’re anything like me you’re mine tends to worry a lot especially late at night. I think the trick is to not stop worrying all together but learning how to rationalize you love worries. I’m not sure, but what I do is step back and make a list. i write out things that are realistically Worth worrying about and things that my mind has just made up. It helps me put things into perspective. I’m not sure if this will help you, another thing that has worked for me was redirecting myself with distractions.
