Worry is normal and in small doses can be extremely healthy. Most likely, you're afraid of disappointing people and maybe are a bit anxious. Try some deep breathing, drink tea, or do other non-stressful things.

Worrying is what humans do best; our bodies have an innate fight, flight, or freeze response that keeps us alert and in this state of momentary worry when we feel threatened. However, when this response occurs too often, it is our bodies' way of letting us know that there is internal chaos. In other words, it is your body telling you to take a break and breathe for a moment!

Life solutions are not always easy, but it is well worth it to dwell on positive things. Sometimes something as simple as watching an edgy anime or the news channel can slip a subtle stress and anxiety into our lives. Be careful what you put in and how often.

For myself, worrying is an emotion that, left unchecked, can spiral out of control quickly, The first thing I do when I feel worried is *take a deep breath*. Next, I try to pinpoint what I am worrying about. This can be done by talking to a friend/family member, writing down my thoughts, or going for a walk outside. Once I've labeled my concerns I feel like I have more control of them and can then decide the next step. Sometimes its worries that need time to just be, other times I end up writing a list of tasks, and even other times my worry feels less once I've talked to someone about it.
