It would be great to be able to just overcome anxiety, but unfortunately, it is not that easy. No one can just get through it that quickly, without some work. It is not your fault that you have anxiety, there is not a "quick fix" for it or a way to just get over it. And that's normal. It's normal to want to just push through anxiety, but it just is not that simple. Talking to people about it, taking care of yourself and doing things that make you happy, and paying attention to your needs are all great ways to start.
