Anxiety is not something you can just get rid of from one day to the next. It requires determination and constance in whatever it is you're doing to keep anxiety from taking over your life. DO whatever feels best for you, whether it be writing in a diary, doing progressive relaxation, seeing a therapist, or a combination of all these. Slowly, but steadily, you'll see that your anxiety won't be as bad anymore.

Overcoming something like anxiety isn't something that just happens overnight. It takes time and effort, and a lot of baby steps, but you will get there. I've struggled with anxiety my whole life and with each new challenge it has created for me, it's taken time to learn to cope and overcome it, but I knew that even if it was hard, taking the steps to overcome it would improve my life. Because life can be scary and we are all terrified by it. We want to have control over it so everything will run smoothly but there are many things that we cannot control. We are scared that if certain things don't happen the way we expect it then we will be lost in uncertainty. We are conditioned to think that everything is linear, when actually nothing is exactly the same. Nothing is permanent, whatever happens will pass, moment will not stuck there forever. We have to let go and be confident that whatever life throw you, you have the control over what you feel about. We can't control our surrounding but we always have the choices on how we respond to them.
