A lot of people have trouble dealing with stress. Some are more prone to chronic stress than others. The effects are numerous on the body and mind. It makes emotions hard to manage and thoughts difficult to control. Perhaps you can handle light stress, but major problems can be unbearable to most. It may just be that you haven't had the time to see yourself come through the other side enough to build confidence that you can handle stressful situations. Our perception of ourselves has a major impact on what we go through and how we handle a situation. Building confidence and self-esteem slowly is a process that takes some time. Yet, with more confidence, you'll find that you are able to adapt to things easier, and perhaps stressful situations will be easier to handle later on.

Sometimes situations are over whelming and our body does not know how to properly handle it. It's not your fault but you must find a way to eliminate that stress and find ways to cope.

Maybe it's not that you not, But that you just don't know how. It's a very hard talent to teach yourself. You can do it with positive vibes and the right amount of support with medication if needed. also if you need someone to talk too, I volunteer.
