That sounds like anxiety. Anxiety is a nervous feeling similar to panic where you worry and it hurts. The trigger may be hidden.

I never new i had anxiety until years passed, of me walking into a crowd and i would stark to tremble, my heart would beat really fast, and my throat with tighent up. Talk to a councilor or a friend, or someone online who will help you think about, ask questions and discover the root cause

This sounds like a bit of social anxiety. Where your heart races, you feel scared and worried that something is going to happen and you immediately run to your classroom but you don't feel safe there either. If you ever need to calm down, close your eyes and take a few deeps breaths until your heart slows down a bit. I used to find this very calming when I would get anxious at school.
