There maybe any number of factors impacting your ability to go to class: 1) To what degree is course content and the way it's being taught tapping into your learning strengths and interests 2) What time of day are the classes being taught with regard to your natural sleep cycle and are they in alignment with your peak energy state and 3) Are you consistently eating, exercising and getting the amount of rest you need each day in order to function at the highest level? These are just a few things to consider beyond other personal factors that may be happening in your life that could be affecting your ability to attend class.

The truth is: I don‘t know. However I am sure you do know. We usually do not struggle with doing things that are fun, fulfilling, or that we enjoy. So let me ask you back: what is it that you find difficult in your class and what do you need to be able to cope with it? Gaining clarity in how you feel and what you need might help you to change things. I am sure you've heard this before - you are an expert to yourself and you know the best what you need to change the situation.

Sometimes it's hard to get the motivation up to go to class or to any sort of appointment. Some days it takes more effort to get going, try to think I why you started going in the first place. Better job, better future, hold on to your reasons but be gentel with yourself. If you need the day to gather yourself then thats okay.

Do you think that you may have a learning disorder, depression, and/or anxiety? You should get checked for them, because these are several contributing factors that can explain why you are not able to bring yourself to attend class. Also it can just be that you are too stressed to concentrate on your studies. If this is the case, you should address whatever is bothering you first. It would help to speak with the professor to see what he or she can do to make you feel at ease in the classroom.

Its not a class on forcing, more a case on wanting. Its important to look at the long term benefits of it, and remembering that one day all of this hard work will pay off.

Some tips.
Know why are you doing whatever you want to do. This is extremely important. You should have one motivation. It could be just the happiness of getting good marks getting a job and eventually buying the things you always wanted.
Remind yourself. This will help in you not going back to your old self. Have a diary or a note that reminds you of what you are doing. Upto you. What worked for me was writing a journal as soon as i woke up.
If it seems scary. Just relax and try to make it interesting in someway. I used to look up videos of a topic i found boring or tough or called a friend who knew that to make him clarify it.
Gamify it and make sure you have a reward in mind. Mine included one hour of playing skyrim :D.
Hope this helps. Trust me it may sound intimidating but it can be fun. When you know most of what is on a test. You can feel like a god. Also is getting more marks than everyone :p
