Sometimes certain situations come all at once and in your face or certain persons are uncooperative with me that day, that I just lose my calm and put on my animalistic mode. It's a human trait. A part of me, but I certainly recommend against it.

You may need to take a step back from time to time and figure out what about the situation is bothering you. Try to think about what’s going on before reacting. If it doesn’t seem to help there are other causes of frustration such as lack of sleep or incorrect eating patterns (fatigue) if so you can look up ways to get back into healthy eating habits and sleep patterns and if that doesn’t work you should consult an expert in mental health care and possibly one in physical health care as well.

It can be because you are too stressed. You maybe need some relaxation from all the stresses you have got. Maybe stresses pile up in yourself slowly that you don't even notice them and so, you don't even notice that something is causing you nervousness and it can be why you can't deal with everyday situations calmly. You can maybe consider some relaxation exercises and self care. If you notice, that a self care activity causes you more stress than soothing and it isn't absolutelly needed and can be substituted with something else, let's substitute it with something else. For example, if you travelled and came home more stressed than you went to travelling, it can mean that travelling isn't soothing and relaxing to you but source of stress. Try to find something what is source of relaxation for you, not source of stress and try to do it as often as you can. If something what you need to do is source of stress for you (sleeping for example) try to find out what is stressing you (maybe bedroom is too hot?) and work on that it is as calming as possible to you.

There could be something else weighing on your mind, which is preventing you from being able to think clearly about everyday situations. Maybe reflecting on what you’re feeling and where that feeling is coming from could help you to work out why you’re unable to deal with other situations calmly. Once you’ve figured out what has been playing on your mind, you can take each thing that you encounter daily one step at a time, in order to help you tackle these issues calmly. I personally needed to take a large step back to see what I was really worrying about, before handling the little things I did everyday.

You may be anxious and getting overwhelmed.Try relaxing your muscles. take deep breathes. then think about situation. Take it one thing at a time. Take your time, work at your own pace. Don't let others bother you. Hear your inner voice and try not to act in hurry. Everything will be alright. Sometimes it takes time to process situations. Take your time in accessing everything and taking an action.
Everything will be alright.
Try meditation for increasing focus.
Don't let negative thoughts cloud your mind. Always remember that you are giving your best and you are worth it.

The Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
