Concentrating on schoolwork can be challenging for a variety of reasons - some intentional and many unintentional. Feeling stress/anxiety is one (manageable) possibility, feeling sick or tired is another. And - of course - simply being uninterested in the subject matter may well be the reason that you are feeling this way.
The best approach for many is to identify what the road block is, whatever that may be. Once one is empowered with that self-awareness, what one perceives to be a monumental task may well be far easier to address. Breathing exercises and a healthy lifestyle all help one to become more focused: not just with schoolwork but within many aspects of their lives.

You may not be able to concentrate on your school work due to distractions, lack of sleep, or you may have a learning disability. If this is becoming a regular issue, speaking with a teacher, parent, and/or medical health professional could be beneficial.

Have you been diagnosed with something like ADHD? That could be one of the reasons you can't concentrate. If you haven't, and you're finding it really hard, maybe speak to a parent or doctor about it xxx

You must have other things on your mind. Try to clear your mind, take some deep breaths, and then try to concentrate. I also heard having mint in your mouth will help
