They may not be looking at you, and you could be experiencing anxiety issues. It may be wise to talk to a professional about the way you are feeling if you experience this often. If they truly are looking at you, it's likely because you are unique or have some other quality they do not possess. Keep your head up and keep moving forward!

Why are they all looking at me, you might wonder. The thing is, we often think that people are more concern about us then they really are. For example we may think that as we are walking down the street, everyone is looking at us and are judging us. I think this is because we are judging ourselves. When we feel bad about ourselves and we feel flawed, being around other makes us more conscious about our apperances. We are afraid that everybody will notice whatever we strongly dislike and desire to hide about ourselves. When in fact, everybody is mainly focusing on themselves and probably not judging you.

Are you sure they are looking at YOU? There might be someone else they are looking at, also, not everyone would be looking at you, but you probably get that feeling as you mostly notice the small percentage that do look.

Do you feel anxious they are all looking at you because there is something different or weird about you? Sometimes other people are reflection of ourselves, how do you see yourself? If you are confident, you will probably take it as a compliment. If you are insecure, you might think that there is something wrong with you

Sometimes we feel like others are watching or judging us. If you think it's specific people, you might want to talk to them and let them know how you feel. If you feel like this in general, know that everyone has things going on in their lives. You might think you're being watched or judged, but it's possible people are working on their own issues and not focused on you.

I don't think they are. We think people are looking at us because we are looking at ourselves. In truth, nobody really cares what someone else looks like or what they're wearing or whatever. We are much more concerned with ourselves and how we appear to others than we are with how others appear to us. Think about it this way- how do you look at other people? Are you NEARLY as critical of others as you are of yourself? Probably not.

The Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
