What you're feeling sounds like a product of Anxiety. We all have emotions, they are what govern our lives and thoughts. Emotions aren't a bad thing..even the really painful ones ( believe it or not ). Unfortunately sometimes though they can take over and they can create feelings inside us that don't make sense like being nervous even when there's seemingly no reason to be. It's important to remember that emotions are like waves and they will come, but they will also pass. They are not going to last forever. As for the why you personally are having them...no one can really answer that but you, it might help to dig in a little deeper and maybe talk to a parent or close friend about what is going on in your life that might be triggering some feelings of anxiety or stress. In the meantime check out our Forums and Blog on ways to cope with Anxiety and as always if you get these nervous feelings you're always encouraged to reach out to a listener.

I have personally felt like this too, and it could be the result of a traumatic event, or it could lye deeper within such as an anxiety disorder.

It could be something that you're not sure about, or something that worries you that your subconscious has picked up on. Try writing out possible reasons why you're feeling this way, if not it might be just your mind trying to warn you of a possible danger.

You may have anxiety. Talking to someone about your nervousness might help you. I have anxiety and am nervous most of the time, but I have people to talk to about it, and I'm mostly able to deal with it.

Examine the times that you are nervous to ensure that there truly is no reason. If you keep a log you may find that there are specific triggers for your nervousness that you can then examine further.

Hello! If you are reading this, I do hope you are doing well! :) I personally have had lots of experience with a few anxiety disorders. I was nervous all of the time with no reason and I always had wondered why. After doing some research, I started to figure out where the source of all of this anxiousness in my life had been coming from. There was a decision to be made, and a hard decision it was! After many weeks of just think about what was right for myself I made the choice to leave the situation. I strongly recommend identifying the outlet of the nervousness. When doing this, I know it can be very easy to be caught up in the moment with everything, but by identifying the source of anxiety for myself, I was able to take steps onto the road of recovery. I am not aware of your exact situation, as there could be many factors to your nervousness. Once of them could even be that your brain is genetically prone to being more nervous than others! I really do hope that you are feeling better very soon and please do feel free to message me or anyone else anytime if you need anything, or just want to vent! :D We are all here for you! Lots of hugs and warm wishes to you!

The Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
