There are many possibilities of nervousness that may be seemingly out of no where. An anxiety disorder, hidden stress factors, an environment you're uncomfortable in, so on and so forth. You should visit your doctor or therapist for a proper diagnosis.

Try consciously relaxing by controlling the breath. Make the out breath longer and deeper than the in breath. Engage in exercise to release stress built up in the body...it all helps..

Heyo there.. Being nervous is an everyday thing, tho it being without a reason and still reaching some sort of extreme levels could be a sign you're experiencing anxiety. It could be that you're anticipating something out in the future without being aware of it, or maybe you're nervous for a reason indeed but you refuse to address it. Can also occur because you perhaps keep in many worries and fears inside without dealing with them and nervousness became a state your mind experiences on a usual basis.. Its best you just sit with yourself in a calm environment, or with a professional, or someone who knows you really well and try to think of why you're nervous this way.. Figuring out the reason is the first step to get rid of it

It depends. If there were more details, maybe I could've helped more. However, it sounds like anxiety. Have you thought about it being that?

It could be many things. Partly because of lack of adequate physical conditions: no sleep, no adequate diet and lack of exercise. But also, our mind occasionally perceives signals that are not immediately identified by our rational part of the mind. It takes time to be conscious about the actual elements that may be making us nervous.

The Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
