You are nervous for a reason, but you can't help these feelings come up. You just have to learn techniques to help you better cope with these types of situation. You could try speaking to a doctor or try something scary every day, that way you come out of your bubble a little and trust yourself to let go of the feeling of being nervous

I have felt the same at times, with so many things going on in my life i couldnt pin point what exactly was getting me all anxious. in my case i had a date with an old friend and had upcoming exam and some other stuffs. i thought i was all anxious because of my exams and prepared well for it, but turns out i could understand my head and i was infact nervous about the date. As a result my exam went well and had the worst date. haha..
its okay when you cant tell whats going with your body and your mind cant concentrate, you feel all calm but confused the way your body reacts. maybe its nothing, theres nothing a chat here cant resolve.

I've personally become nervous for no reason many times. What I've noticed is that often, it's because my brain gets stuck in a loop of negative thoughts and emotions. So, what I do is I start listing positive things about the day and it seems to help very quickly and calms me down.

first off, if you are asking yourself questions like this good for you! it shows you are examining your behavior and working to make improvements in your life. the first step to solving any problem is to identify the problem. if you are frequently nervous, there may be more reason than you realize for how you feel; perhaps you are in an environment that has a lot of stressors such as loud noises, that you have not, as of yet acknowledged as individual stressors. this would cause you to feel that there was no reason to feel nervous. that it not the only possibility though. it could also be anxiety, but it is not feasible to diagnose that over the internet. if you are concerned that this might be the case, a good first step might be talking to a doctor about how you feel. it could lead to a referral where you can get professional guidance that is fitting to you as an individual

There are many reasons for feeling nervous, maybe there isn't a reason, or maybe there is something bothering you that you didn't know you were even nervous about. If nervous feelings are impacting your life, it may be a good idea to reach out to a counselor or doctor, as that will be a good way to figure out if your feelings may be related to something like anxiety.

Way back when, humans operated on instinct more than reason, thereby having a fight/flight response. The response remained, but the dangers changed: we're not being chased after by sabertooth tigers anymore, but our brain still has flashbacks. Take a deep breath. Sabertooth tigers have gone extinct.
