There is always a reason. It is important to look beyond yourself and break down the places, people, events, and times when you are most nervous. Try to get to the root of it so you can improve upon it from there. Think about your stressors and worries. Is there anything in your life that could connect to those?

Anxiety gives you no explanation to why it happens. It happens anytime, anywhere, even while you're enjoying yourself. Unfortunately it's just the way our brain works. It seems to think that we are in trouble and goes into fight mode.

Maybe you are thinking of something but haven't realized that it in particular, is stressing you out. Maybe you're ignoring what's stressing you out. Or maybe you're just nervous because something has trained your brain to make it respond that way. I think the best thing to do is ask yourself why you're nervous, and be honest. If that doesn't work, then at least try to calm the nerves by thinking of things that make you not nervous/calm and by doing deep breathing or switching tasks to see if that shifts it.

Many times in life when I am so nervous for no apparent reason is simply because I I'm so scared of making mistakes that people are not going to approve of my actions whether it is verbal or physical I get nervous because I overthink things too much and I have trouble trying to slow down and relax that I'm just being too hard on myself
