Some people are naturally more nervous/anxious/fidgety than others. You could have a type anxiety, though - anxiety is common and affects lots of people. Try to think about situations where you feel the most nervous, and be aware of how often you feel those feelings.

Being nervous for no reason is part of anxiety- it may be the only part of anxiety you experience, or another part of a bigger anxiety experience, but it's normal. You may be nervous because of a underlying worry, or something in your surroundings that makes you unsure and uncomfortable. When nervous, your brain can mix up threats from friends, and this can make your nervousness worse.

This happens sometimes. There may be a reason and you just don't realize it, or sometimes our brains just play tricks on us and it's frustrating. Try doing something to distract yourself like reading, coloring, watching tv, calling a friend, playing a sport, something you enjoy. Anything that will get your mind off of the nervous feeling you are having. I know it is a frustrating thing though! I'm sorry you are experiencing it.

people feel nervous for no reason because they may be in a situation that makes them feel uncomfortable. It is kind of like how you may be experiencing happiness but you don't even know it, you don't know you are feeling happiness. With feeling nervous their may not be a reason at all. Sometimes we just don't know why?

It may seem like there is no apparent reason for the way you're feeling, but the human sub-conscience is a lot stronger than you might think. It may something that you thought was absolutely trivial, sitting there in the furthest corner of your sub conscience that is actually bothering you and might even be the cause of the way you're feeling.

There usually is a reason for being nervous, think to yourself why and when you could be feeling like this. I used to feel very nervous about talking to new people, and it was because of anxiety, so often there is a reason behind it.
