I tend to worry about a lot of things that I shouldn't be wasting my energy on. I've gotten much better in the past couple of years though. I worry about things at work all the time. I've learned though that you can't sweat the small stuff and there's no real reason to blow up or worry yourself crazy until you have all the facts. If you're in a tizzy, and find out that the issue you were worried about had absolutely nothing to do with you....case in point... I tell my cousin all the time when she starts going off about something that's, you guessed it, not an issue at this moment to save the drama for your mama!!

I am always worried because I'm insecure. I've always been that. Whether about my looks or my performance at college or my dating history, I've always been very conscious. But I need not be. Confidence changes everything. It changes our lifestyle 200%. Just look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself how great you are. Be a better person attitude-wise,not superficially. You deserve a lot of things in life, don't let insecurities take them away from you.
