There are many reasons why people worry. Worrying in small amounts can be helpful because it can keep you focused or remind you to do things. Worrying constantly and feeling other negative emotions simultaneously is not good and can cause stress and even manifest itself in physical ailments. Sometimes worrying can actually be a symptom of a bigger problem. Try and peel back all the layers of what you're worrying about and examine the situation. Sometimes looking at things from a rational and logical perspective rather than an emotional one can ease your mind and lessen the need to worry about things. But try to remember that you're not alone. Many people suffer from depression and anxiety and worry constantly about major and trivial things alike. Life is very difficult. Humans have developed a lifestyle that involves high stress, seemingly unobtainable standards, asinine policies, and intolerances towards people who are "different". The life of an average person is incredible stressful. You are expected to be working and laboring and toiling and rushing and living up to societal standards your whole life. That's a lot to ask from a person! So take a moment and breath deeply. You deserve it. When you think about all of the responsibilities that have been placed on you and expected of you, it's ok to feel some worry. The good news is that there are definitely methods and techniques available to help cope with worrying. Many are available for free. Whenever you feel a surge or worry, try to think to yourself, "I'm dealing with a lot right now, and this is my brain being overloaded. There's nothing wrong with me, I just need to deal with each small obstacle and accomplish each small goal as it comes."

This is a very common question that I have heard many times. Usually the reasons are because you may feel threatened by a certain issue(s) . You need to be able to let yourself go, and think to yourself "why not" instead of "what if". You need to try and rise above and face all your fears and just show the world that you are an independent strong girl/guy . I promise you, that this will help, even if you don't see yourself as someone who is courageous, try and push yourself to think that way, because then you will eventually grow into it, and you will be this new person who isn't always worried or who was many anxieties .
