Anyone can get anxiety. Everyone has different reasons for anxiety but anyone is able to get it. But there are ways to help with anxiety, like talking to someone else, really thinking about why you are anxious and how to help it, and one way that is scientifically proven to help is writing down everything that is bothering you and eip it up and throw it away, or throw it in a bonfire or something. That tells your mind that you already solved it and that you got rid of it and that it is not a problem anymore.

Everyone experiences anxiety! It is a normal response for the body in order to protect itself from possible danger. Symptoms such as increased heart rate, sweating, heavier breathing, and shaky hands are all signs that the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight response) are working. Sometimes our minds can play tricks on us though and stimulate the flight or fight response when we are not in imminent danger. That's why it is so important to take a step back, breathe, and try to identify the triggers and what you need to overcome them. Because I promise you- you will overcome them. These feelings can't hurt you. You are the master of your own anxiety.

By definition, anxiety refers to someone who has. sense of uneasiness in them. Personally, I'd like to think that almost everyone has a small amount of anxiety in them because everyone overthinks, worries, and maybe even dreadfully fears something. The difference between everyone is their levels of anxiety; while some people could have very little, others could suffer through a lot. Some people use anxiety practices (like breathing or coloring) to help lower their levels of it. But essentially, anyone can be prone to it, but that is completely okay. If you or someone you may know thinks they need to reach for help, consider reaching out to someone or practicing anxiety-related exercises!

The Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
