Hello, i will write from my experience about from where I get strength to overcome my pain when it seems that no one cares. Well, I am an artist, so expressing my self is a important thing to me. When I feel any kind of pain or sadness, and no one wants to or can't listen to me, or don't care, I try to show my pain in a drawings. I draw what i feel. And in the end, when I see my pain in a object, it feels like pain was lefted in a drawing whit every stroke of my pencil and I do feel better, because drawing is my way of resting.

From within yourself. Self-confidence and belief go a long way! It "seems" no one cares, but you will never know unless you try actively, right? Just mount up a bit of courage inside, fight off all the negativity, and you will get better by the day.

I often find my strength in the fact few others seem to be worried in it, not realising how serious the issue is. I delve deep down to find strength in myself that i can use here and now...

You can listen to your favourite music, do some meditation or yoga, or maybe a bit of martial arts, what about painting or playing a musical instrument? It is important that you develop your self worth, then you will be stronger next time you feel vulnerable. Maybe make yourself a mindfullness checklist and put it on your kitchen wall, something like. 1. Read a book 2. Take 5 deep breaths 3. Bake a cake 4. Go for a walk 5. Watch my favourite tv programme. When you have done one or all of these things, you could tick them off on your list, then you will feel like you have achieved something, and you can read it back to yourself when you are feeling down.

It can be difficult to struggle with pain, and that pain can be made even worse when no one recognizes it. However, even though it may seem no one cares, there is always someone that does. That someone is you. You care. Don't let your anxiety and overthinking beat you down. You can do this. If not for anyone else, do it for yourself because at the end of the day the only person you see everyday is yourself, and you should try no to let what others think or dont think of you get in the way to your goal of self improvement
