If its happening nearly everyday and if you feel uneasy and always feeling nausea or being too much worry on something and if you feel you need help then ask your GP (General Practise or doctor) in your nearest town.

If it has come to a point where it is negatively affecting your quality of life then yes, you should. If you are coping with it fine, then don't worry about seeking help. Basically, you are the best judge of you. If you feel like you need it, you probably do.

You know you're normal limits better than anyone else. If anxiety starts to interrupt you're work or concentration more chronically, then it would be a great idea to get medical attention.
