While you can be nervous about some things, such as giving a speech infront of a class, or talking to someone new, anxiety is different. With anxiety, you are almost always nervous and are far more susceptible to panic attacks. You feel like everyone is watching you, judging you and like you stand out from everyone else. You want to impress everyone, and get nervous over whether or not you've done enough or what sort of impression you've left. Anxiety tends to always be there somewhere in your mind, whereas, being nervous is over after a while and only happens occasionly
