I think it is safe to say most of us on here are not licensed to give medical advice or too knowledgeable with psychiatric medications. If you want to learn more about anti-anxiety medications, it is probably best to speak with your doctor or psychiatrist about them, because they are licensed and know more about them than we do. Outside of medications, I have heard that deep breathing and meditation can aid anxiety. You can also try to identify your triggers and see what you can do to prevent episodes. Caffeine can increase anxiety, so limiting your intake of caffeinated coffee and tea could help.
