It's something like secondhand embarassment, for example. You feel embarrassed for someone else so when something you could possibly get in trouble for comes up, you're nervous.

There could be underlying problems on your unconscious mind that you are not aware of. Or it may be a condition you have such as Generalized Anxiety Disorder. It is best to see a doctor or therapist to find that out.

Anxiety is usually the reason. Or caffeine can even cause it as well. A test the.next.day can do.it.as well.

A lot of people feel nervous and anxious without realizing it's reason. It might be something that's going on inside your head that you never consciously realized. But if it's getting in the way of your life, you might want to talk to someone.

Seems like something is affecting you without you realising it. When you catch yourself starting to feel nervous again try to analyze what happened, what changed that could have caused you to feel this way. Was there a noise? Did you think someone looked at you weirdly? ... It's your past that is making you feel this way, in general. Try to trace the things that happen right before you get nervous with things that seem similair and that have happened in your past, that has had some negative effect on you. It might ve sonething else. Either way to answer your question you have to explore what happens right before getting anxious.

It means you honestly have no idea why you're feeling the way you're feeling, you can't control the feelings that rise up and that's why you get nervous for no reason.

Sounds like anxiety or panic attacks, I struggle with this myself. Try meditating or doing breathing techniques when you feel this way. But, if it gets out of hand or you feel it is uncontrollable and is affecting your daily life, I suggest you connect to a therapist for counseling.

The Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
