Unfortunately, there doesn't need to be a reason for getting anxious or nervous. On the other hand, there may be something you're nervous about but you just don't realise it. However, the more you think about it, the more nervous you're likely to get.

Personally, I suffer anxiety during the evenings for no apparent reason. I believe that everyone gets nervous for a reason, but most of the time it's hard to tell what the reason is. If you're unaware of what could be making you nervous, try looking at some things going on in your life or maybe what will be happening. Maybe it's even some people in your life that you feel uncomfortable around without knowing.
