It's simple,you feel nervous because you don't have a positive attitude towards things. As you see things going against you, you start getting nervous. This type of attitude may lead to severe problems in future anxiety. You should boost up your gratitude and build some self confidence. It can mean a million things. We never really get nervous for "no reason", we just get nervous for seemingly insufficient reasons. The best way to combat this is in the moment is asking "What am I afraid of? What will make this feeling worse?"
