I've found that it is never for no reason! CBT for anxiety has helped me gauge where I am at more and become aware of my feelings earlier, which means I can pick why I feel nervous more easily. In the past it just felt like it was there with no build up but now that I am more aware of it, I can often pinpoint what triggered the feeling. It takes time and practice to do this but over time it really helps change how I deal with anxiety and nervousness.

That you might have anxiety. Maybe you're just really worried and paranoid. I would look into it, maybe even tell my doctors at the next checkup and see what they think.

In my opinion, it might be a subconscious trick. Seek help if it gets worse and it's better to talk to someone. There are also methods to calm yourself down, the one that works best for me is 'the grounding method', all you need to do is to name 5 things you can see, 4 things you can hear, 3 things you can touch, 2 things you can smell and 1 thing you can taste.

It means that you either care about that thing a lot or care to uphold your self-esteem; both of which are right in a way. I used to get really nervous and sometimes in very stupid situations. Like a call from a friend would make me nervous. And the thing I understood was that somewhere inside my mind, I was worried i'd say something weird or reply awkwardly. I cared too much to keep everything intact, It calms down, this nervousness, with time if you work on letting yourself loosen up a bit. Don't be too hard on yourself. Tell yourself that everything will be okay. If it doesn't work once, say it thrice. Your anxiety will get the memo eventually.
