Hello, I want you to know that these are common fears that many exiting college experience, you are not alone. The being said, it isn't helpful to you to let this worry interrupt your everyday life. Although transitions can be difficult, it is nothing that you can't handle. You have already gone through so many transitions to be where you are today! I am assuming you had to switch from elementary/middle school to high school, and high school to college, and you did that! Working full time is different from school, but almost everyone does it so I feel confident that you will be okay. For now, I would recommend doing what you can to be prepared, such as using your school resources and meeting with an advisor to make sure you are on the right path. For the things that you can't control, remember that worrying about them doesn't help your future, you can only do whats in your control so try to focus on those things instead. I know that is easier said than done, but I believe in you!

The Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
