Sometimes we humans are known as 'shallow breathers' ... we tend to breathe more from our upper chest area vs. our diaphragm area where we should be breathing to get the most oxygen and to help calm our bodies. This is why in meditation, yoga or any form of deep breathing exercise, they tell you to breathe from your stomach area. Even when you are anxious or having a panic attack - try to deep breathe from your stomach area and it can sometimes help. If you are feeling dizzy, that's only because you're not used to it and I would suggest practicing deep breathing every day. I lay on my back, place my right hand on my stomach and my left hand on my upper chest to help me remember where to breathe from. It really does make me and my body feel better when I breather deeply.

The Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
