While you still can, distance yourself from what's making you feel this way. Take this time to breathe in and out slowly, to free your mind from all your intoxicating thoughts. If not, take your time to acknowledge your feelings and analyze what makes you feel this way? If it's fear, worry or self-doubt, try to remember what your initial goal is in doing this and analyze if it's worth it. If it is, keep your focus on that and try your best to blur out everything that's keeping you from doing it. If it's not, you know what to do.

I have never thrown up myself but i have had severe panic attacks where i barely can breath, what helps me is to step outside if possible or a cold room. The fresh air tends to help me as well as cold air.

Breathe deeply and slowly. Understand you are healthy and okay. Drink some water, and maybe even put a fan on you. Get comfortable and put yourself in a good place. Find someone you care for and feel safe around or call them. Talk to someone and get your mind off of it. Be positive, and know everything is going to be okay.

Panic/Anxiety attacks can be very challenging. The easiest thing to do however is to breath: Take slow and deep breaths and try to focus on your breathing. It might not magically make your problems disappear, but it will help you to calm yourself down, to refocus and to get a clear vision of what is bothering you again.
