It's common to feel overwhelmed and not able to channel all the thoughts that go though your mind. Sometimes we go through a lot of stress and our brain cannot handle all the information. That's when it signals us we need to take a deep breath and slow down. Relaxation and meditation exercises are a great source to wind down, breathe out all the negative energy and channel all these thoughts. What's important for me right now? What are my priorities and what do I need to focus on in the short and in the long term? Coming up with a plan how to handle what's ahead of us provides with a structure and stability that we have all it takes to handle it. It's ok make a break: your body and mind need it regularly to be able to bring you further on your path. Give yourself some credit! You work so hard and recharging your batteries is all you need! :)

Meditate. Breathe. Focus. Focus on one thing at a time. I know it's hard, but you can do this. You can stop the race in your head.

Meditation! Don't supress your thoughts but accept them. Meditation every day will make you control your mind, and become detached from disturbing thoughts. You don't want the thoughts to stop, but you more want to let them come and go like they would dou without excessive thinking

It's often difficult to focus and to get things done when our minds are racing with a variety of different thoughts. Try to take a couple deep breaths. Chances are if you are starting to feel uneasy, taking a couple deep breaths will help you to ease your nerves and reduce that uneasiness by slowing down your breathing. It might also be beneficial to engage in yoga or a class of your choice to get your mind away from the worries. Another beneficial way to deal with these racing thoughts are to start journaling and write down your thoughts and how you feel. Writing this down will help you to organize your thoughts and make sense of them. Remember, whenever you are feeling overwhelmed... BREATHE.

Try writing your thoughts down. You need to manage the thoughts, and if they are negative, try to replace them with positive thoughts. Take a deep breath and calm down. You may be stressed out, and racing thoughts can only make it worse. Try focusing on the present, not the future. Think about other outcomes. Usually racing thoughts end in the worst outcome. Tell yourself that you can get through it. It'll all be okay soon. Try distracting yourself in a positive way. Maybe draw or improve a skill. Go for a run. Or even exercise a little bit.

Take a deep breath. Focus on your breathing for a few minutes, calm your body down and then, stretch if necessary. This should calm your body down. Then, write your thoughts out. This way you can keep a track of them later if needed. You could also record your own voice, talking them out if talking helps better than writing. Or you simply could come to us if you wanna talk about it. We are here to help you, always! And we'd gladly welcome you over and over again if needed. You just have to remember that you're not alone!
