Try slow down those thoughts and put it on paper. I highly recommend keeping a journal, or expressing yourself through other creative means like music or art. Never distract yourself, just manage and express yourself through healthy means

Try to distract your mind from those thoughts by doing something you love such as a hobbies. I personally like to go read. Also talking to someone about the thoughts can get them off your chest, like someone you trust or a listener. :)

Close your eyes and relax your body. Listen to the sounds around you as you take in a deep breath. Exhale. Now, spread your senses to your body as you inhale again. And exhale. Open your eyes, smile.

I recommend keeping a notebook by your bed. I know when I struggle to sleep it's because my mind is still ticking over. I find it super useful to write down the thoughts so I won't forget them

If your mind is racing with thoughts I would suggest taking actions to relax such as a warm bath/shower or just a simple task to focus on like reading or art.

Meditating is helpful for calming your mind. Expression of your thoughts can also be great, for example keeping a journal or writing some thoughts down. Maybe a hobby can relax you too, for me reading or listening to music works well. Good luck!:)

Breathing exercises are great for this. You may not know anything about yoga, not even intend to try it, but there are some great meditation videos in youtube that may help you find a bit of peace wherever you are. Remember it is always good to stop, breathe and try to calm down for being too anxious over things can damage your health and affect your job, studies and family relationships.
Try to tackle problems one by one. It provides the more effective solutions!

The Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
