Memories stay for a very long time. It's hard to forget and let go. Talk to him that you're still insecure. It'll help.

That's natural. You have been hurt in the same way before so it is okay that you feel scared and anxious when he goes out to drink. Since he's done it before it's okay for you to be wary and the way you feel is perfectly fine and totally understandable. I hope I was able to help!

After being cheated on, it is understandable that you would feel anxious when he goes out drinking. You still have the fear that if it happened once, it will happen again.

The memory was probably very traumatic for you since it wasn't just once but twice. It'll probably be a while longer until you're anxiety goes away but I definitely think talking about it was someone as well as your boyfriend would be beneficial!

Hello, I understand your concerns as the trust that was broken by his behavior It is good that you are talking about this and learning from it. Trust is the back bone of all relationships. Being aware that we all make mistakes and have the ability to forgive doesnt mean we forget. Drinking can lower inhabitions, and i to have some anxiety when my girlfriend goes out with her girlfriends too, so it understandable that you feel this way. I think most people at some point have experienced anxiety over the potential risks involved when our partner goes out drinking.
