Now its time to research your options. Don't be afraid to seek help. Through experience I know how debilitating it can be; and to go through it alone can sometimes make it even harder. Want help, research different methods of help. Different options work for everyone. Theres medication, counseling/therapy, talking to a close family friend who can help. Being on this site is a good first step because it means you're reaching out. Do your research and seek help. Also know that you're never alone and you can overcome this.

In my experience, go to the closest adult family member for help, and make an appointment to see a professional psychiatrist. Sometimes anxiety can get in the way of our lives, and you need to think: "I WONT LET IT WIN." I hope you can overcome the anxiety by pushing yourself. Have a pleasant reason to get out of your room. Maybe make some tea, watch TV, anything that makes you feel good about yourself. That is the key. If you cannot control it, please get professional help. It is the only step if you can't handle it.
