i think you should try to understand why you're getting anxious/ nervous and if you know the problem area then it might get easier to cope.

The best coping skill is to accept who you are, and your feelings rather than trying to do what you think you "should" do, be, or feel. Some of us worry more than others, and don't get as excited. It's okay. Feelings are not good or bad, normal or abnormal. They just are. The same goes for people.

In order to not get anxious, I find it is helpful to simply reassure yourself that nothing is going to go wrong. Once you have done so, try to find the positive(even if it's small) in a situation.

I have found that sometimes when I get nervous or anxious, I tend to only think about the negative aspects. I found that, for me, making a list in my head or on paper about the positive aspects of a situation really help me see the full picture and relax a bit more.

Anxiety can be very physical so sometimes the best way to get rid of those nervous body sensations is to combat them with positive physical activity. Yoga, running, or walking can relieve the tension anxiety places on our bodies.

Think of all the positives possible for whatever it is that you are going to do. The more positives you think of, the happier you'll be to do it. If you think about the negatives, you might start getting anxious about it.

excitement, nervousness or anxiety comes naturally. You cannot create it. Try to find a reason of why u r not being able to like a certain object, person or situation. Life is too small to worry about unnecessary things. If u r worried about a temporary issue then wait for the right time, it will b sorted by itself, if d issue is permanent, then look for a permanent solution ASAP.
