I myself have anxiety and have wondered this too. I don't think there is such a thing as curing anxiety as such, but you can make it a lot more manageable with therapy and medicine if needed.

Sadly there is not a complete cure for anxiety but there are many ways to get help! This can include getting started with seeing a therapist or someone to talk to who can help you find ways to make things better or calm yourself down when you are having a breakdown (i.e. breathing exercises). And on the topic of medicine. Medicine does not cure you completely but it puts you in a state of mind where you can help yourself instead of letting it consume you like anxiety can tend to do. I hope this helps! Stay safe and know that you are loved!

There could be a cure to anxiety if you take it as part of your life. It may come and go but if you accept it and deal with it. It will stop bothering you and make you a stronger person. I think you need to find out what caused it. That is the best way to deal with it. Anxiety could be just an idea that someone else plant in our mind. It could be a bad experience. It could be a strong feeling. Face it. Deal with it in a way that suits. Give it time. It will pass.

There is not ONE cure. There are more. But not every cure will work on every individual. The best person to find the right cure for Bob's anxiety it's Bob himself, with the guidance of expert professionals that will suggest him new ways to try, possibly some insight, if they can, and save him a lot of work and time. But only him will be actually able to tell what works for him. The reasons why his anxiety is there is his, and his alone. The mind and the personality that were affected and shaped, at some extent, by anxiety are his, and he will have to listen to what the therapist says and see how exactly it applies to hi, and try to understand which is the best way to re-shape and/or manage the dysfunctional thoughts, beliefs, emotional reactions, behaviors, with the therapist's help, that will be an objective, expert external eye. In some cases medications might help, in some others people can go on and get better without. There IS an actual cure, but it's different for everyone, and it takes a lot of work to achieve. But in the end it's worth it. Getting rid of anxiety won't be the only reward for the work. You will know yourself better, you will learn new ways, new tools to face harder challenges in life, and you will be more aware of your skills and how to use them, which can proof to be very useful for a lot of things in life

I don't think there is a cure, people will always have it and experience it in life. There are things we can categorize as "treatments", all can help relieve the anxiety to a certain degree where we can learn to handle it better. This can be from grounding techniques we can practice daily, or when we feel anxiety, to finding outlets like journaling or art or music and even meditation. They all contribute to relieving any potential triggers we may face. Anxiety is very variable to each individual and is quite a spectrum, where each will find a personalized way of copping with it in a healthy way.
