Overthinking is not in and of itself a disorder, but if you find yourself obsessively worrying a lot of the time that can be a symptom of a disorder, very possibly an anxiety disorder. It's normal to spend a lot of time thinking about things that are important to or bother you, but if it's stressing you out consistently, you feel like you can't shut it off, or it's interfering significantly with your ability to make decisions then it might be worth talking to a therapist about.
