Make sure to be aware of your bathroom habits, because going too often due to anxiety can put some stress on your bowel system. While it is normal, if your bathroom habits are concerning you, it is always a good idea to ask a health professional, like your family doctor, for advice or help. Sometimes it helps to have them just listen to you!
