Absolutely! You may not even actually need to go to the toilet, but just feel as if you do. This is a common side effect of stress and anxiety. If it begins to affect your daily life and activities, think about going to speak to someone about it.

Yes. Anxiety can cause physical stomach pains and lower abdominal pains. I used to feel stomach pains every morning before school. This was due to nervousness and anxiety. The key to solving the pains is to close your eyes, take a deep breath, and exhale slowly.

That is 100% normal. The body may react in different ways when a person is nervous. Some people cry, while some people sweat, while others flush red (and others feel the need to go to the toilet). Lots of things are happening in the body when a person experiences nervousness and depending on the person, it can produce different physical reactions. If you are concerned about how frequently you use the toilet though, it's important to visit your doctor who can confirm for sure if you are indeed healthy. Don't be afraid to speak to your doctor about this. Best of luck!

Sounds like you might have an underlying medical condition. I'm not a doctor so don't take my word for it haha But I would advise you to go see one. Usually it's not serious but I understand it quite embarrassing for the person suffering. Take care :)

It may not happen to everyone, but it definitely happens! Sometimes our bodies react in strange ways in a response to an emotion.

Sometimes the toilet can be an escape from a difficult situation you're in, or bladder weakness may be related to the nerves.

In my case no. I tend to sweat and get thirsty when I'm nervous, the urge to throw up never became an issue for me nor did I have to tinkle.

It may be a bad habit to get into if it is a sort of escape for you. I would try to find a way to not feel as nervous, such as thinking of something you like.
