Yes, definitely. Some symptoms of anxiety include palpitations, sweating, shaking or trembling, feeling shortness of breath, sensation of choking, chest pains or tightness and nausea or gastrointestinal problems, among others. Your experience with anxiety might be different to others but that's not a cause for concern.

I personally have felt back pain and chest pain caused from anxiety. If you are feeling pain you should talk to your doctor and they can let you know if it is serious. You would not want the pain to progress and get worse!

Yes, it is, but it also depends on what kind of physical pain and what kind of anxiety. For example, some forms of anxiety can cause shakiness, nausea, butterflies in the stomach, etc. I'm not a doctor or anything, but if you are worried, you should see your doctor.

Anxiety is a complicated issue that affects the mind and the body to a great extent. Physical pain is considered a symptom of anxiety so its normal, although it can indicate other problems which are not related with anxiety as well. These symptoms can include sweating, pounding heart, nausea, diarrhea, shortness of breath and muscle tensions. When the body is faced with a lot of stress and nervousity it acts like it has perceived a threat and tries to cope with it.
