I personally have felt back pain and chest pain caused from anxiety. If you are feeling pain you should talk to your doctor and they can let you know if it is serious. You would not want the pain to progress and get worse!

Yes, it is, but it also depends on what kind of physical pain and what kind of anxiety. For example, some forms of anxiety can cause shakiness, nausea, butterflies in the stomach, etc. I'm not a doctor or anything, but if you are worried, you should see your doctor.

Anxiety is a complicated issue that affects the mind and the body to a great extent.
