I guess so - yes. Being alone causes you to think about stuff. But you are never alone - there is always someone you can reach out to. #YANA

Yes. Absoloutly! The brain is wired to protect you so if you've ever watched a horror movie. The people alone die. But this rarely happens. Espesially when you alone at home. So just learn how to remind yourself when your safe and when you should be on alert

For some people, it's normal to feel more anxious when they're alone. It depends on the person and what they're dealing with. Anyone I've personally known who felt this way was anxious either because of paranoia (like they were afraid if they were alone, they were more vulnerable) or because they were afraid of being alone with their thoughts. But of course, the reason for feeling that way isn't limited to only those scenarios.

Absolutely! When you are by yourself you can feel free to let your mind wander. Alone time can cause a lot of what ifs. IT may help to breath deeply through these moments and try grounding yourself. Find something to touch something to taste, smell, hear, and something to visualize in your mind. Try to do that to help center you. It is good that you recognize this and eventually you will be able to be alone in peace.

There are always going to be times where we feel anxious when we're alone, whether that's because something goes bump in the night or you're reminded of that deadline that's due.
Should you be worried if you feel this way? I would only say you should be if it is actively and negatively affecting your ability to perform, say - it's really making you not want to leave your own company and other such things.
Talking to someone about this can help, as well as speaking with a trained therapist who can work through this issue with you or even light medication to reduce some of that stress and anxiety.

I guess. It allows you to think without distraction, and no one can reassure you when you're alone, and make you less worried.
