This also happens to me at times, I get very petty and I easily anger. But as long as you are aware of how you behave and know that it's not healthy for your own sake and try to take steps to better yourself in this regard, I guess you're good to go.

Hi there, When we are anxious or dealing with really difficult feelings our body and mind can often do things to help us to cope with the feelings that are hard for us to manage. It sounds like when you are feeling anxious, you start behaving like a child to help you deal with the emotions that you are feeling. If it is safe to do so, allowing yourself some time to be more childlike may help you to cope with the feelings in the moment. However, tackling the feelings that are causing the anxiety and talking about those may help you.

From what I've done, it always seems best to take a breather and think about things before I act. This might not work for you but you might want to try it. I've, in the past, thrown sand at people or other kids when I'd get upset. It would get me in trouble all the time. Eventually, it got more physical. That really scared my mom. I learned to get better with my feelings. I would wait and think before taking action. I know it doesn't sound like the best option but it really works for me. I hope this helps. :)
