It's a normal reaction of trying something new. You might be over thinking the details of what might happen or you could just be very excited. It's like how we feel sick at the start of a race, it's just our bodies reacting to nerves.
When leaving our house, it's leaving what's familiar and comfortable to go out and have new experiences, of course it's justified we feel uncomfortable or nauseous. It's may seem silly to say, but everytime we leave our house we are being brave and saying yes to experiencing life.
Try not to stress, drink some water, and remember that you're going to make today better than yesterday! 💛
