i’m so sorry that you are going though this. i think it’s important for you to take some time to yourself to improve your mental health. maybe try talking to your parents or a friend about how you have been feeling to see if they can give you support? the fact that you have noticed that something is different about how you are felling is really positive as if you don’t realise there’s anything wrong you can’t get help. i know it must be really hard at the moment especially if you are in a lockdown but reaching out for help/ support should make things a lot easier
