A heart disease is a medical condition. heart disease would be accompanied by many different symptoms, such as breathlessness, palpitations, edema, hypertension, and etc. on the other hand, anxiety is a mental condition. of course, with anxiety, there also can be breathlessness and palpitation, also tremor. but it is usually come from a certain trigger. You might know the trigger or not. But it is better to acknowledge what the trigger's are if something like that happen to you. Both heart disease and anxiety are a problem you should not neglect! Make sure you check yourself to a medical professional if you are feeling those symptoms!
