I have experienced once every day, every week, month and months and never. Also, some were short lived vs others. It depends on the underlying reasonings and recovery or remedy we do. I used to call friends and talk to them hours. I used to have 15-20 friends lists in different continents so that I could talk to them. Later I noticed that talking was just temprory solution and started doing yoga, music, and CBT which helped significantly. Also, it helped design my life to live happily alone. World is a great place to have fun and enjoy life if loneliness anxiety is gone.

Anxiety attack’s can vary in frequency. If you’re currently going through tonight turns or are under a lot of stress, you are more likely to have an anxiety attack. However anxiety attack’s can happens at any time. Anxiety attacks may occur during a presentation, during a test, during a funeral or wedding, basically during any event that can cause you grief or stress and anxiety. I know that my anxiety attacks mainly occurs during or after exams (especially when I feel I haven’t done as well as I had hoped). Just know that there are always people that are there for you and you should never ever feel ashamed about having an attack.

It really depends on the person. For someone with an anxiety/social anxiety disorder, anxiety attacks can happen as frequently as daily or weekly. For others, it’s situational, it may happen 3 times a week then not have another anxiety attack for a month. Anxiety attacks can be a nuisance but the good news is, they can be treated with medication, therapy, and mindfulness excersizes. An estimated 2-3 percent of Americans have a panic disorder at some point in their lives so you’re not alone! Anxiety attacks can happen at any time and at any frequency. For some, they may happen every other month or so. Others can have them near constantly. All people with anxiety are different, just as all people are different. Just remember that you aren't alone. Take deep breaths. Focus on your senses. Come talk to someone here, if you need. Anxiety attacks can be crippling, especially for those that suffer from them often. They're terrifying and painful and seemingly pointless. They suck, and they can happen to anyone. If anyone needs to talk to someone, my inbox is open! (I'm becoming active again)

It honestly depends a lot on who you are as a person, some people can go weeks without having one, while others have one on a daily basis, sometimes having them multiple times a day. So in the end there's not really any "standard" or "normal" amount of anxiety attacks, it just depends on the "normal" amount for you. I would say, for the average person who experiences anxiety attacks, 3-5 a week would probably be a good "normal" to stick a number to; that's also based on my own experience when my anxiety was at its peak for a few months, nowadays I have hardly any anxiety attacks at all, so it also depends on timing as well, sometimes if a certain event or trigger happens, that can make more anxiety attacks happen as well.

Panic Attacks are different for each and every individual that deals with the disorder. They vary in symptoms, frequency, and triggers. They typically occur at least once or twice a week for individuals who are dealing heavily with the disorder. When the disorder is well handled, or less severe, it may occur once monthly or even less. Hopefully you do not have to endure panic attacks more than once or twice weekly, as they can be pretty severe and tiring. They take much energy out of you, and can make a huge impact on your daily life if your disorder is severe. I hope this helps.

The frequency of anxiety attacks differs for each individual as each case is unique. Anxiety attacks can occur from a triggered stimulus or they can occur from no apparent reason. I suggest that if you are having anxiety attacks to reach out to a doctor or psychologist that may be able to help you with reducing the amount and the effects it may have on you physically and mentally. In order to receive support, the frequency of anxiety attacks does not need to be regular, they could me once a week or once a month. No matter how frequent or how severe these are, reaching out to someone is an important step to allow you to find ways to help you cope a bit better.

The frequency of an anxiety attack depends on the person and situations they encounter on a day to day basis. Depending on the type of anxiety and how many triggers the person encounters in any given day, the number of anxiety attacks could vary on a day to day basis. If you encounter many of your triggers in one day then you may have a large number of anxiety attacks. If you have a day where you encounter a small number of your triggers, then it could be the case that you have a smaller number of anxiety attacks.

There is no specified frequency for anxiety attacks. Anxiety disorders exist on a spectrum, meaning that there are mild, moderate, and severe cases. A very severe case of an anxiety disorder could see anxiety attacks daily. On the more moderate side of the scale, a person could experience anxiety attacks very infrequently, maybe once or twice a year or even less. It is also common for anxiety attacks to be triggered and come and go in cycles. That means that you may find yourself triggered and have anxiety attacks frequently for weeks, but also experience periods where you have few or no anxiety attacks for some time.
