Anxiety or Panic attacks vary from person to person because there are so many issues that cause them and there are different severities. Anxiety or panic attacks are usually caused by a thought or event in the future that we are stressed and worried about. Taking proper care of yourself by sleeping enough and having healthy coping strategies is always something you can consider when dealing with issues of this nature.

It certainly depends on the persons level of anxiety. Some people may experience anxiety attacks several times a day. Others may only experience them once a week... If you are concerned talk to a doctor to best help you to combat anxiety attacks.

Depending on my situation and sleep, they can be all day, or just a couple times a day. But non the less everyday.

The frequency depends on each individual person. There is no one frequency for everyone. Panic attacks occur in different ways and timesfor everyone. They are even experienced in different ways for each individual person. To some, they feel like rapid thoughts. To others, they feel like you can’t breathe and are actively dying. That’s the thing about panic attacks- they are never exactly the same for two people.

It really depends on you as a person, I know some people who have them every day and others who only have two or three in a month. Some anxiety attacks are provoked by certain situations and others are from nothing at all.

Anxiety attacks are different for every person and so is the frequency. There is no ''normal'' amount nor normal time. An anxiety attack can last 5 seconds to 5 hours, and happen more than once a day

It definitely depends on the person. Some people have anxiety attacks a couple times a day, others can have them once a year. It's a huge spectrum.

The Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
