The signs and symptoms of a panic attack develop abruptly and usually reach their peak within 10 minutes. Most panic attacks end within 20 to 30 minutes, and they rarely last more than an hour. Panic attacks often strike when you're away from home, but they can happen anywhere and at any time.

That depends on the person and the stressors in their life and how they respond to them. When I was younger I would have them multiple times a day, then as I learned how to cope through meditation and mindfulness and grounding exercises it lessened. Now I have them maybe once a month or every few months. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy helped me a lot as well.

With anxiety there’s no one size fits all handbook, many people experience it differently depending on their own personal triggers. Anxiety can even have dormant periods. The frequency of anxiety attacks depends largely on the emotional state of the individual. The more grounded and serene you are the less and less these attacks will occur.

It really depends on the person. I know many people, who haven't experienced even mild anxiety attacks, even in life. It's really hard for them to relate to what these attacks feel like. On the contrary, I also know people who experience anxiety attacks multiple times a day. I have seen how it effects them. I have seen how they suffer. This is VERY REAL.

There is no minimum or maximum to anxiety attacks, really it depends on the person. Being treated personally for anxiety, I only have panic attacks every so often, maybe once every couple months during a stressful time. Some may have them every day, which I used to. Treatment for anxiety attacks is readily available and very helpful!
