It's very much a personal thing for everyone - and it can change regularly. I know I've had rolling anxiety attacks through the day, and it felt non stop, but I've also had times when they've been once a day, a week, or two a month. Unfortunately one attack often causes another because we hang on to them, but there's no standard. They can absolutely be reduced though - through self care, diet, mindfulness, acceptance, and when needed, talking therapies, or perhaps a temporary course of medication.

It depends on the person who suffers with anxiety.
If you have very mild anxiety, you will only get them every now and then. However, a person who struggles with severe anxiety may have panic attacks very, very often, such as atleast 3 a week.

It depends on the person. This is not something that everyone has the same experience. It is important for a person who has anxiety attacks to know how often attacks usually occur and what causes them.

This depends per person. Some people may hardly ever get anxiety attacks, some may get them daily, multiple times a day, once a week, once a month, and so on. It all just depends.

It really depends. Each person is different. Some might have them every day, once a week, or once a month. How frequently panic attacks occur do not affect the validity of them.

On days when I have obligations, I can wake up with anxiety every morning. During weeks when I don't have any obligations, I usually only wake up with anxiety attacks when either something alarming happened recently, or if I have been drinking the night before.

The frequency of anxiety attacks can vary tremendously, depending on factors such as: What is the individual going through at this juncture in life? How is physical health? Does the individual know strategies to manage anxiety attacks?
I used to have anxiety attacks every other hour! Multiple different things triggered the attacks, and I didn't have any guidance in managing them. Furthermore, I didn't know many of the health tricks that I know now, such as utilizing acupressure points, or psychology tricks such as EFT.
As I learned from therapists and researched myself, my anxiety attacks became increasingly rare until they almost stopped. At this point, I only have anxiety attacks about once a month, as opposed to the 100 or so a month I used to have!
